The product moment

Several sessions automatically become one overview you can review.

The workflow

Psymira around the therapy session.

Back in the case beforehand. Recording during. Less follow-up work afterwards.

  1. Before the session

    Prepare

    Quickly back in the case.

Previous sessions, progress and documented information help you bring the relevant context back into view before the next session.

  2. During the session

    Capture

    Stay with the conversation.

With the required consent, Psymira can record the session. A transcript and a summary draft for your review are then created from it – without you having to take detailed notes at the same time.

    2. Transcript
    3. Summary draft
    4. Your review
  3. After the session

    Follow up

    Less work afterwards.

Review summaries, look at several sessions over the course of therapy and reuse existing information for applications and further steps. What was captured in the session stays in the patient context for this.

Before, after or between sessions

Knowledge & reference

Professional sources when a question comes up.

Based on the documented diagnosis, Psymira shows potentially relevant guidelines and professional sources directly in the patient context.

Psymira checks neither the diagnosis nor whether a guideline is suitable for the individual case, and makes no treatment decision.

  • Guidelines and professional sources

Matched via the documented diagnosis, with a link to the original source.

The difference

One patient context. Many work steps.

A transcript captures a single session. Psymira brings documented sessions, notes, applications and other records together in the patient context. Whatever has been documented once is ready for the next steps.

  • In day-to-day work, patients are referred to by pseudonymous codes.
  • AI summaries and draft applications are drafts that you review.
  • Professional approval is deliberately given by the psychotherapist.

The real product journey

From the first click to the first draft you can review.

The product journey shows how getting started with Psymira actually works – from registration and demo data to the first draft you can review.

Demo data

Do not start with an empty system.

During onboarding, Psymira can create a fictitious demonstration case. This makes the dashboard and core functions easy to understand before you use your own data.

Screens from a fictitious demo case; no real patient data. The app interface is in German.

Professional control

Psymira prepares. You review and decide.

Psymira makes no diagnosis and takes no treatment decision. The software structures documented information, creates drafts and makes the next step reviewable.

Capture

A session, note or document as the starting point.

Structure

Psymira creates a traceable draft.

Review

Content is professionally checked and edited.

Finalise

Only a deliberate approval completes the workflow.

Trust through behaviour

Good AI shows not only what it can do. But also what it must not do.

Data protection and professional control do not belong in a footnote. Psymira shows transparently how data is processed and how AI results are controlled. You will find technical and contractual details on the information pages.

Pseudonymous codes in day-to-day work

Patients are referred to by pseudonymous codes; identifying master data is reduced. Free text may contain names and is the responsibility of the practice.

Audio deleted after transcription

Audio files are deleted immediately after successful transcription, at the latest after 30 days. The transcript is kept and can be deleted separately.

Draft, not automatism

AI-generated content remains reviewable, editable and under professional responsibility.

No sharing by Psymira

Psymira does not send results to patients, health insurers or any other parties. Whatever is passed on, you export yourself.

Trust comes from details you can follow.

Data flows, processing on behalf, the sub-processors used and the limits of AI use are described transparently on the information pages.

Frequently asked questions.

Does a paid subscription start automatically after the trial?

No. The eight-week trial runs without a credit card and ends without any automatic charge. You only move to a paid subscription if you actively choose a plan.

What is included in the trial?

5 recordings with AI transcription, 10 session summaries and 2 applications. You can also try out patient management, the crisis protocol, the clinic finder and practice management.

Which AI functions are currently available?

AI functions are available in the application assistant and in the session overview. Psymira can automatically summarise several documented sessions and regenerate summaries of individual sessions when needed. In the application assistant, Psymira creates an editable draft from the information provided.

Where do the guidelines and professional sources come from?

Psymira matches the documented diagnosis (ICD-10-GM) against a maintained list of guidelines and professional sources and links to the original source. No AI is used for this. Psymira checks neither the diagnosis nor whether a guideline is suitable for the individual case of treatment – that assessment remains with you.

Which exports are available?

Applications you have created can be exported as PDF or Word files. Patient data can be exported as PDF.

How does the crisis protocol work?

The crisis protocol guides you in a structured way through crisis type, assessment, measures and documentation. It supports traceable recording but does not replace a professional assessment or an existing emergency procedure.

What happens to audio files?

Audio files are deleted immediately after successful transcription. If a transcription does not take place or fails, a hard limit applies: the audio file is removed after 30 days at the latest. The transcript is kept and can be deleted separately from the recording.

Is data used for AI training?

No. AI processing runs via Google Vertex AI in Frankfurt. Under the applicable service terms, Google does not use customer data to train or fine-tune its models without prior permission, and Psymira does not train its own models with your data. Before AI calls, identifying master data is reduced; pseudonymous codes are used instead of real names. Free text such as notes and transcripts may still contain names — control over this lies with the practice.

What is the difference between a pseudonymous code and anonymisation?

A pseudonymous code can replace the real name in the workflow. This can support pseudonymisation but is not full anonymisation. Attribution or indirect identification may still be possible.

Do I get a data processing agreement?

Yes. Before practice and patient data is processed on your behalf, a valid data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR must be in place. It is incorporated and accepted via a checkbox during registration; the accepted version is stored with its version and time and is available to view and download.

Can I try Psymira with real patient data?

Yes. The data processing agreement is validly concluded with registration. Before you process real patient data, you should also have clarified the legal bases and practice procedures and set up access rights; for audio recordings, the required prior consent must be in place. Demo data is available for getting started.

Who is responsible for AI results?

The psychotherapist remains professionally responsible. Psymira creates drafts that must be reviewed, corrected and deliberately approved.

What does Psymira cost after the trial?

Basis costs 15 euros, Pro 59 euros and Praxis 179 euros per month, each plus statutory VAT. The plans can be cancelled monthly.
