Current product scope

One connected workflow for the 51st minute.

Only features that are available in the verified product scope are listed here. Psymira connects documented sessions, AI-assisted summaries, application preparation, crisis documentation and practice organisation without automating the professional decision.

An overview without a feature list — what Psymira is, who it is for and what the AI explicitly does not do — is on What is Psymira? — how the workflows work professionally is described in the knowledge section (in German).

Dashboard

Start the working day in one place.

Tasks, patients and next steps stay accessible in one shared overview.

The dashboard brings together the main areas of Psymira and, after onboarding, leads straight into the available workflows. With fictitious demo data, you can try out the interface before using your own data.

  • Central overview of the available work areas
  • Start with fictitious demo data
  • Direct routes to patients, sessions, applications and practice management

Patient management

Manage documented cases with pseudonymous codes.

Patients, sessions, recordings, documents, applications and crisis protocols stay accessible in the case context.

In day-to-day work, Psymira refers to patients by pseudonymous codes. This supports pseudonymisation but does not replace full anonymisation. The documented course stays structured and can be opened without switching between separate tools.

  • Patient overview with pseudonymous codes
  • Review of the last session, main diagnosis and open points before the next session
  • Shared context for sessions, documents and applications
  • Export of patient data as PDF

Sessions & summaries

Create a reviewable overview from documented sessions.

Transcription, session notes and AI-assisted summaries work together in a process you control.

Psymira supports the documentation of individual sessions and can automatically condense several documented sessions into a structured progress summary. Summaries of individual sessions can be regenerated when needed. AI output remains a draft: you review, edit and take responsibility for the result.

  • Recording and transcription as part of the session workflow
  • AI-assisted summary of individual sessions
  • Automatic summary of several documented sessions
  • Regeneration of individual session summaries when needed

Application assistant

Turn existing information into a draft application.

The AI-assisted assistant guides you through required details, choice of sources, generation, review and export.

Documented session notes, transcripts and selected documents can feed into a structured draft. Psymira prepares the application; the professional decision, editing and finalisation remain with you. The draft follows the guideline procedure applied for (Richtlinienverfahren): for behaviour therapy, the assistant asks for the functional analysis model; for psychodynamic and analytic psychotherapy, for conflict level, defence and structure; for systemic therapy, for the systemic analysis. Session allowances are stored for each procedure and age group.

  • Guided process with required details
  • Selection of documented sources
  • AI-assisted, editable draft application
  • All four guideline procedures: behaviour therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, analytic psychotherapy, systemic therapy
  • Export of finalised applications as PDF or Word files

Crisis protocol

Document crisis situations in a clear process.

The crisis protocol guides you in a structured way through crisis type, assessment, measures and documentation.

Psymira provides a guided process for structured crisis documentation. The protocol supports traceable recording but replaces neither professional assessment nor your practice’s existing emergency procedures.

  • Selection and classification of the crisis type
  • Structured assessment of the situation
  • Documentation of measures taken
  • Traceable closure of the protocol

Clinic finder

Find facilities and emergency contacts faster.

The clinic finder provides the facility search and reachable contact details within Psymira.

In exceptional situations, quick access to suitable contact options matters. The clinic finder supports the search for facilities. It replaces neither professional assessment nor your practice’s existing emergency procedures.

  • Facility search within Psymira
  • Visible contact information
  • A supporting tool without automated emergency decisions

Practice management

Manage practice information and access together.

Staff, patient overview, usage and subscription are accessible in one management interface.

For practice leads, Psymira groups organisational settings in a separate area. This keeps practice information and the available management functions clearly separate from the professional session workflow.

  • Practice information and staff management
  • Patient overview and usage area
  • Subscription in the same management interface

Knowledge & reference

Look up professional sources for the documented diagnosis.

In the patient context, Psymira shows potentially relevant guidelines and professional sources – without checking the diagnosis or its suitability in the individual case.

The matching is based solely on the documented diagnosis and a maintained list of sources; no AI is used. Details such as guideline class, version, validity and publisher are shown, along with the link to the official guideline page – no guideline content and no recommendations.

You judge whether a source is relevant to the case. Your assessment can be documented as a consideration.

  • Matching via the documented diagnosis, without AI
  • Guideline class, version, validity and publisher at a glance

  • Document your own assessment as a consideration
