Psymira is a software-as-a-service offering for business users. The offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).
Consumer-related information obligations regarding out-of-court dispute resolution do not apply to an exclusively B2B customer base. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
